Our offerings include limited-edition, handmade, culturally curated, and custom-made items. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed, including for custom or made-to-order items.

Custom items are created specifically for the purchaser and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, except in the event of damage or fulfillment error on our part.

An incorrect item refers only to receiving a product that is materially different from what was ordered, such as the wrong product, color, or style. Incorrect size selection or fit preference does not qualify as an incorrect item.
